Zesty Paws Omega Bites with Omega Fish Oil Review

Links to this post
When we got Bandit he was underweight, he needed all of his puppy shots and he had Demodectic mange (also known as demodicosis, follicular mange, red mange and puppy mange) which is caused by an overabundance of a mite your dog has always had. Every mother dog passes a few of the microscopic parasites to her puppies, as Mother Nature intended for dogs to always have a few of them. The dog’s immune system is supposed to keep the population low and harmless, therefore most dogs have no reaction to them, but unfortunately Bandit did. Dogs with underdeveloped, suppressed, or compromised immune systems are prime victims for a population explosion of unchecked parasites. I would say because of the condition Bandit was in when we got him is why this affected him so badly. He  also lost much of his hair on his face because of the overabundance of mites he had. We were able to get rid of that skin issue thankfully with vet visits, but we want to keep his skin health and immune function up to the highest standards as possible. Recently we were given the opportunity to review the Zesty Paws Hemp Elements Omega Bites for Dogs With Omega Fish Oil for all dogs skin and coat.

The Hemp Elements Omega Bites for Dogs With Omega Fish Oil for dogs is a blend of ingredients to help dogs look and feel their best. Since sometimes dogs have trouble with dry skin, and they sometimes have bad fur days you can get this hemp infused skin and coat support to help keep them. These ZestyPaws chicken flavored soft chews contain Organic Hemp a holistic plant-basted herb that contains a 3:1 ratio of Omega 6 to Omgea 3 fatty acids that may support skin and coat health. The Alaskan Omega is a highly concentrated source of EPA and DHA derived from sustainable Wild Alaskan Pollock that promotes nourished skin and sleek looking coats. It also contains Vitamin C and Vitamin B a nourishing blend of powerful antioxidants that ma promote healthy skin.  There is Biotin as well which is also known as Vitamin B7 this B Complex vitamin is a nourishing nutrient that provides skin and coat support as well.

All of our dogs have been consuming this product as maintenance for their healthy skin and coat.  They are bite size chews for a daily supplement according to your dogs weight. Our dogs love the chicken flavored soft bites (Harley is old so we have to be mindful of soft treats) and beg for them now. We recommend Zesty Paws product as Honeybunn has less shedding since she has been consuming the product. Harley and Bandit don't really shed like Honeybunn does, but their coats are shiny and their skin is not dry. We will continue to give them the Hemp Elements Omega Bites for Dogs With Omega Fish Oil to keep their skin and coat and immune system healthy.

PawMedica Canine Mobility Review

Links to this post
Our two dogs are older dogs and the other is still a growing puppy. Harley is a Boston Terrier and she's about 7 years old, HoneyBunn is a pit mix breed and she is about 5 years old, and Bandit is a mix breed Walker Hound with Pit. They both have been to the veterinarian for their joint issues and they have arthritis. Harley gave us quite a bit of a scare almost a year ago which is when we found out she has problems with her joints, she has arthritis and some hip problems and she was taking Rimadyl for the pain from the arthritis. Honeybunn is a much bigger dog than Harley and the extra weight puts more strain on her as she gets older. . They both had been a bit slower getting up the stairs and neither of them will jump on the bed anymore. Recently we were given the opportunity to give our dogs PawMedica Canine Mobility + with Hemp Soft Chews for review to see if it would help with their mobility.

Harley having her daily soft chew

There has been thorough research and testing that and PawMedica has formulated the right ingredients to help support healthy joint function. These are powerful ingredients which contain a blend of Glucosamine, Chondroitin Sulfate, Hemp Seed Oil, Organic Tumeric Root Powder, MSM and other ingredients. These dog supplement chews are made with natural join support vitamins and there are no fillers, no dairy, soy, GMO's or fillers in the dog supplement chews. Research shows that there has been increased mobility, and joint flexibility and improved muscle health in canines that consume this product. The hemp mobility chews for dogs are proudly made in the USA in an FDA registered facility that meets GMO approved manufacturing standards. Each of these soft chews are packed with nutrients needed to support your dogs mobility.

HoneyBunn having her daily soft chew

We were eager to have our dogs consume this product to see how well the dogs would get around after eating them. The dogs have all enjoyed the joint supplement chews and which has a natural chicken and duck flavor which our dogs love. We give these to our dogs as in the morning as part of our daily routine. These chews come in a small round container that seals up easily with a nice label with all of the ingredients which are clear to read (that you can actually pronounce), so you know what your furbabies are actually getting. So far so good they eat their recommended amount every day. Bandit is still a puppy, but he is ok to have them because he is over 12 weeks and he gets two daily. We give them to Bandit even though he shows no signs of any joint issue as a maintenance supplement so that it will help him to continue to stay active. Honeybunn is in the weight range to have three chews, she was having a hard time getting up the steps sometimes and she seemed very slow, but since taking the Mobility+ with hemp she is getting up the steps better, she has been jumping up on the couch but not the bed which is ok it's a high jump back down. Harley is in the weight range to have one. Harleys seems to be getting better down the steps since having the soft chews, but she still doesn't get on the bed just the couch.

Bandit having his daily soft chew

We would recommend the PawMedica Canine Mobility + with Hemp as it has Glucosamine in it which is proven to help with canine joint issues and of course tumeric which is a natural pain reliever and our dogs seem to have more energy and they have better mobility going up the steps to our back doors, and they are getting around much better than before having the product.  It's possible that while they continue to have the supplements they will improve even more, so we will wait and see.

300 Pearl Jewelry Beads Set

Links to this post
Ora loves DIY craft projects, recently she made earrings from a 300 piece Pearl Jewelry Beads Set that she reviewed. These beads are made of faux pearls which are 10mm, and the drilled hole size is about 2.0mm. The beads came in a handy plastic clear case with an assortment of vibrant satin colors that include peach, burgundy, lilac, red, pink, black, green, light blue, navy blue, purple, gold, mint green and brown.

These beads are a lot bigger than we expected, but they are the perfect size to make earrings, necklaces and bracelets and keychains. They are light weight, they are fully colored with no flaws and they are easy to use. The drilled hole is a good size for placing your wire or elastic through too. Now that Ora has used the beads to make some earrings she is going to create something for a baby shower that we are getting ready for so she can make something for the mom to be.

If you are looking for a nice set of colorful faux beads we recommend these as they are flawless. They would be great for baby showers, bridal showers, or any other fun DIY projects you can think of.

Handmade Disney Keychain Review #BAYAREACUSTOMZZ

Links to this post
Ora recently had her 19th birthday and I thought the best present would be for her to get her driver's license. The cost was the same as what I paid for Taylee's birthday present so I thought it was fair. I took Ora out to practice in the area that was set up prior to her test the next day, plus we arrived early the day of her test so she could practice more. She did such a great job! She has been driving my new car lately and I even had her drive my truck in case she were to ever have to and she did a really great job driving it as well. She will be getting her own car soon so she will need a keychain for her keys Recently we were given the opportunity to review a Handmade Disney Keychain.

This keychain was made by the same company that made Bandit's dog tag by the same custom accessories Boutique which is #BAYAREACUSTOMZ. This Handmade Minnie Mouse keychain is incredibly cute! The keychains are very stylish and made from quality materials so that your keychain will last. They are completely clear keychains, but you get to customize them with the options that are available. You can get a Mickey or Minnie keychain with or without glitter and the colors currently available are gold, silver, pink, purple, red, orange, green, blue, and if you choose Minnie you choose 2 colors if you wish so you can customize the bow a different color than the headband.

If you decide you would rather not have glitter and you just want a colored keychain you can choose from black, gold, silver, red, green, blue, magenta, and again if you choose Minnie you can choose 2 colors if you wish so that you can customize her bow with a different color than the headband.

I let Ora choose hers and she had the keychain all in a glittery red. The glitter really shows up and it is a very pretty red color, and she just loves it! We recommend the Homemade Disney Minnie Mouse Keychain, they will make a great gift. If you are wanting something a little different they do also have customizable letter keychains as well.

Buddy's Oven-Baked Crunchy Dog Biscuits Review

Links to this post
We have 3 fur babies, but one of them just isn't a big fan of dog biscuits. Harley is a Boston Terrier and she turns her nose up at every dog biscuit I offer her that the other dogs eat. In order to treat her I have always had to end up giving Harley a slice of cheese or some sort of other people food like a small piece of meat. Recently we were given the opportunity to give our dogs Buddy's Oven-Baked Biscuits to review them.

These healthy crunchy dog treats are made with 4 simple ingredients and there is no added corn, soy, yeast, salt, fillers, artificial flavors or additives. They are crunchy and in a shape of a gingerbread man and they are made with natural peanut butter they are also made in the USA.

I started feeding the dogs other the Buddy's Biscuits and Harley acted like she wanted one when I went to get the slice of cheese. I opened the cheese and started to feed it to her and she was staring at the Buddy's Biscuits box on the counter. She just acted like she didn't want the cheese. I actually spoke out loud, "Yeah Right"! Then, I said, "You're not going to eat these" while I picked up the box. The other dogs were sitting there and I fed them another one while I let her sniff one. She usually sniffs dog treats or biscuits and turns her nose up and walks toward the refrigerator knowing full well she's going to get people food. Initially I didn't offer her one because I didn't think she was even going to be interested in them.

Harley wanted the dog biscuit so I gave it to her I figured she was going to drop it and either walk away or wait for the slice of cheese I had like she always does. This isn't what happened at all! I was so excited because she ended up eating the whole thing (I did break it up for her to eat it).  Don't judge me but I fed her 3 the first day because she actually ate the first one and I was so excited that she liked them.

I always felt bad that the other dogs were getting a dog treat and she wasn't eating the same thing. I honestly thought one that one of reasons she wouldn't eat them was because of her being old and maybe they hurt her teeth to chew but I've broken others before and she wouldn't eat them. Then I wondered if she just liked the people food better and knew she would get it instead.

Harley really surprised me this time that she actually ate the dog biscuits and she seemed to really enjoy them. Bandit and Honeybunn really liked them too and we will be buying more! I absolutely love that there are only 4 ingredients and they are all natural so I know what they are eating and they are made in the USA, and we highly recommend them.

It is supposed to be Nationwide, but head over to just to be sure and enter your zip code here to find out the dates and times in your area, but it is supposed to be from 6pm-7pm and the event is supposed to take place on Thursday, October 22nd and Thursday, October 29th. Costumes are encouraged, but they are not required.

Spaces are limited so you will want to be sure to register as soon as possible. Registration on the website becomes available on October 10th. We will be marking our calendar so we too can register to jump in on the fun!

Unfortunately the pumpkins are not available in Alaska or Hawaii.

#MySmile Unboxing Review

I was given the opportunity to try the #MySmile Whitening Kit. This whitening kit comes with a 7 day supply of whitening gel. I like how convenient and easy this is to do at home. You start by taking out the batteries and then you remove the plastic,  then you reinsert the batteries. Next you will attach the mouth tray to the LED light. You then apply the whitening gel on both top and bottom of the mouth tray. Then when you are ready you insert the light tray into your mouth. The LED light will automatically turn off and it will beep in 10 minute intervals for convenience.

I started my first day with the whitening kit. First I lightly brushed my teeth for 3 minutes. Then I followed the directions on how much whitening gel to apply on the tray. I initially got some of the gel on my tongue when I first put it in my mouth, and it tastes bitter but I had no issues otherwise.  Once I had the tray in my mouth I started the process and
kept the mouth piece in for 10 minutes until the LED light turned off.  I then brushed my teeth again to remove any residue from the whitening gel and cleaned the whitening tray thoroughly. It is recommended that you do not eat any foods or drink any beverages that stain your teeth for at least 1 hour. I will update with my results on day 7 after my full review of the MySmile Whitening Kit.
